On May 28th 2021, Chapel Heights represented Niagara Falls by taking part in the Walk for Alzheimer’s. For a month, residents and staff walked a total of 10, 787 steps, which represents the number of individuals living with dementia in the Niagara Region. Our residents and staff set a fundraising goal of $4000. Through the generosity and efforts of our staff, residents and resident families, we exceeded our goal and raised a total of $6000 for the Alzheimer Society Niagara Region! At Chapel Heights, we believed that memories should last a lifetime. We had such an amazing day, taking our final steps to reach our goal!
