My parents received exceptional care from the staff on the 2nd floor. The manager, Connie Spiece, went above and beyond to accommodate my parents dynamic and changing needs especially in very challenging times. The staff’s compassion and care for all of us was touching and much appreciated. It was important for our family to know that they were well cared for. The Concierge staff were always so welcoming and helpful. A special thank you to Maddy for her piano playing. Keep it up. My parents loved it!
