I’ve been looking for a retirement home for my aunt in the Niagara region. I visited 5 homes in the area and Chapel Heights is head & shoulders above the rest. Their level of care for the residents is spectacular. The grounds and building are a perfect fit for my aunt and its central location make it a perfect fit for the family. The most important and deciding factor in our decision was the personal attention we received from the staff at Chapel Heights. Connie provided us with all the information we needed to make this important decision for my aunt. Not only is Connie a nurse but she’s in charge of running the entire facility. She still found the time to call me and answer all my concerns. Connie runs the place like it’s her family residing there and that’s very important to be able to trust someone with your loved one.
